In addition Effinger's is offering a Vegetable Garden Stimulus Program. Saturday mornings, during April and May, Hugh Maine, our in-house expert, will be on duty for hands on clinics. Hugh can walk you through planting your veggies from start to finish, and offer tips on pruning, feeding, watering, pest control and any other questions you may have.
