Fountain Grass ‘Burgundy Bunny’- fine green foliage with red accents in summer and topped with creamy white bunny tail flowers. Entire plant is vivid red by fall. Only 12-16 inches and cute in a pot.

Fountain Grass’ Desert Plains’-Narrow green foliage forms an upright vase shaped plant with no flopping. Beautiful fall color and 5 inch showy bottlebrush flowers. The perfect size at 3-4 ft.

Switch Grass 'Cheyene Sky' - Switch Grass - A real nice native plant! Tight vase shaped blue-green foliage turns wine red early in the summer. Next comes purple flowers and at only 3 ft., it’s nice even in a pot. The native part is a bonus!

Tired of purple fountain grass? Check out these fun new grasses that are annuals but really add texture to containers or the garden. I plant the Pink Crystal grass in drifts in my garden and get ‘oohs and ahhs’ from folks who see it late in the summer.

Fountain Grass’ Fireworks’- variegated purple fountain grass-New leaves are white, green, and burgundy. In the sun, hot pink color develops. Next come large reddish plumes that age to tan. 2-3ft.

Pink Crystal Grass ‘Savannah’- not so new but little known and underused. This graceful pink flowering grass is great in containers or grouped in the garden. Just 18-24 in tall and adds late summer interest to any garden or planter.
